Named after Ibn Al-Haytham, a renowned mathematician and astronomer, the Suhail features a Moonstone Pearl exterior. Inside, the Creme Light Leather beautifully highlights the star motif – as well as the real “star” of the vehicle: the Starlight Headliner.

Technicians create 800 to 1600 perforations in the leather and insert delicate fiber optic strands at varying depths and angles. This creates the illusion that you are gazing at the night sky. You can adjust the brightness of each light, and the constellation is unique to you. It takes nine  hours to complete a regular design and up to 17 hours to create the template and install a customized pattern.

The 13’s Phantoms have specially formatted “Stephen Red” exterior paint (a nod to the red highlights in Mr. Hung’s hair), hand-painted twin coachline, bespoke 21 inch wheel in Stephen Red, interior wood staining to complement the color theme, hand-applied Gold inlays, a clock by master jeweler Graff, Arctic white seat piping,  gold RR logos, and black leather with a checkered pattern in the rear to evoke the front entrance of The 13.

Comfort and luxury are entwined in every aspect of the bespoke Phantoms. Guests will find perfectly chilled beverages in the refrigerator, hand-milled cupholders are the perfect size for champagne glasses, and rear picnic tables – in Stephen Red, of course, with hand-applied gold inlays – discretely house cutting edge  technology. The pièce de résistance is the Starlight Headliner, which features 1360 hand-woven fiber optic lights recreating the sky over Macau.
