Braman Rolls-Royce Wins National and Global ‘Dealer of the Year’ Award

There are six car brands at Braman Motorcars, each a champion in its own right. The one you usually hear the least about is Rolls-Royce, because they are ultimate professionals who go about their job with the quiet discretion required by their clients. But, on Wednesday, March 4, the team at Braman Rolls-Royce in Palm Beach, Florida stepped into the spotlight to accept two of the most prestigious awards that any vehicle manufacturer can offer – U.S. and global ‘Dealer of the Year.’ – the first time any U.S. dealer has ever won both awards simultaneously.

The awards are based not just on sales numbers, but for the full range of metrics, including service, customer satisfaction, resale and even how accurate the paperwork is and how few ‘problems’ are reported.

“Of the 132 Rolls-Royce dealers internationally, and the 41 here in the U.S., Braman Rolls-Royce was the very best of all in 2014,” said Eric Shepherd, president of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North America. “For a dealership to win one of the two awards is something to be proud of, but for one dealership to win both is unprecedented. The team at Braman Rolls-Royce has done a remarkable job.”

An obviously pleased Vince Cerone gave full credit to the staff of the Braman Rolls-Royce dealership and manager Ralph Avila. “This is a world-class team and 2014 was an extraordinary year because they made it extraordinary. Now we go to work on something else no Rolls-Royce dealer has ever achieved – winning these awards two years in a row.”
